요약

후두는 기도의 입구일뿐 아니라 발성기관이 므로 후두의 수술은 반드시 현미경하에서 섬 세하게 조작하여 조직의 손실을 최소한으로 적게 하여야 이러한 후두의 기능을 잘 보존할 수 있다. 후두암의 초기병변이나 전암단계의 질환들에서 외과용레이저는 이런 목적으로 기 능보존 미세수술에 널리 이용되어 아주 유용 하게 사용되고 있다.
