요약

후두암의 발생빈도는 전 악성종양의 2〜5% 로 알려져 있으나 한국 암 등록조사서의 보고 에 의한 한국인 통계는 1984년도 악성종양 21,382명중 344명으로 1.6%, 1985년도 28,679명중 442명으로 1.5%이다.
