요약

난청치료는 이과 영역에서 가장 중요한 치료 과제이다. 전음성 난청과 감각신경성 난청, 그 각각의 치료에 대해 서는 그동안 많은 발전을 가져왔고, 조기발견 및 조기치 료의 적용은 감각신경성 난청 뿐만 아니라 전음성 난청 에서도 마찬가지이다. 특히 청각학의 발전으로 소리전달 의 기전과 생리가 이해되기 시작됐고, 생체적합성 인공 재료 및 자가조직의 개발들이 이루어졌으며, 지난 50년 동안 중이수술의 원리가 정리되고, 중이염 및 측두골 병 변에 대한 수술이 체계화되기 시작하면서 전음성 난청 의 치료가 거의 정복되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 아 직도 전음성 난청의 개선을 위한 치료전략 및 처치방법 이 전음성 난청의 원인에 따라 술자마다 다른 것이 사 실이며, 아직도 많은 부분에서 논쟁의 소지가 존재한다 고 할 수있다.
