ABSTRACT
The hemangiomas are the most common congenital disease in the head and neck region of the human. They are broadly classified as capillary, cavernous and mixed(capillary- cavernous). Cavernous hemangiomas commonly occur on subglottic area and skeletal muscles in head and neck region, but they are extremely rare in the nasal cavity.
We have experienced a case of cavernous hemangioma in the nasal cavity which was removed with minimal blood loss after vascular embolization.
We report this case with review of literatures.
