요약

피부가 넓게 결손된 경우에 창상 수축 (wound contraction) 이나 표피화(epithelization)로 자연 치유시키면 완치되는데 오랜 시간이 걸 리게 되고, 치유가 되어도 흉한 반흔으로 덮 이게 된다. 그러므로 피부가 넓게 결손된 경 우에는 피부를 이식해서 덮어주어야 한다. 피 부이식술이란 표피와 진피의 일부 또는 전부 를 공여부(donor site)에서 채취하여 피부 결손 부위인 수혜부(recipient site)로 옮겨 이식해 주 는 술식으로，식피편은 수혜부에서 혈액 및 영양 공급을 받아서 생착하게 된다.
