ABSTRACT
The majority of tumors of the parotid gland are located superficial to the facial nerve and its branches. Tumors of the deep lobe are relatively rare and have many difficulties in diagnosis and management than superficial lobe tumors.
Recently, we experienced a case of pleomorphic adenoma of the deep lobe which was misconceived as superficial lobe tumor in CT sialogram in 38 years old male patient. So, we report the case with review of literatures.
