ABSTRACT

Conductive hearing loss due to ossicular dislocation and facial paralysis may happen after temporal bone fracture. Incus dislocation is the most common problem among osscicular dislocations after temporal bone fracture. We experienced a case of incus dislocation into the mastoid cavity and facial paralysis after temporal bone fracture, which has not been reported. For the first time, we report a rare case with review of literature. (J Clinical Otolaryngol 2010;21:103-106)
