ABSTRACT

Solitary malignant schwannoma of the paranasal sinuses is an extremely rare tumor in the head and neck region. We report a case of a 55-year-old woman with solitary malignant schwannoma arising in a paranasal sinus. The patient was successfully treated with surgical resection and postoperative radiotherapy.
