요약

경부 종물의 적절한 평가와 치료를 하기위해서는 해 부학적, 병리학적, 면역학적 그리고 종양학적인 전반적 지식이 필요하다. 또한 경부종물을 평가할 때 고려할 핵 심적인 요소에는 환자의 나이, 종물의 위치, 수반 증상 이 포함되어야 한다(Table 1). 이 중 가장 중요한 인자 는 연령으로 30세 미만 환자의 약 80%는 양성인 반면 에 50세 이상의 환자에서는 60%가 악성이라는 보고가 있다.¹⁾
