요약

구강암의 수술 방법을 크게 나누어 보면 구강을 통한 종양적출(transoral approach), 하악골의 일부와 구강 내 종양, 경부 림프절을 일괄 적출하는 복합 절제술(composite resection, commando operation, jaw-neck operation), 하악골의 절개 후 하악골의 회전을 통한 구 강 내 접근 후 종양을 적출하는 방법(mandibulolotomy and mandibular swing approach), 하악골의 절개 없이 경부와 구강을 관통하여 일괄 적출하는 pull-through 접근법 등이 있다.
