요약

코골이 및 폐쇄성 수면무호흡에 대한 치료는 크게 비 수술적 방법과 수술적 치료법으로 분류된다. 비수술적 치료법에 보존적 치료, 약물 치료, 호흡 보조 장치등이 포함되며, 수술적 치료법은 다양한 비인두부 수술과 악 안면 수술, 기관절개술등이 시행되고 있다.
