요약

삼출성 중이염(otitis media with effusion；OME)이 란 이통 혹은 발열 등의 급성 증상이나 고막천공 없이 중이강 내에 저류액이 형성되는 중이염으로 소아에서는 상기도 감염 다음으로 흔한 질환이다.
