요약

수면다원검사(Polysomnography：PSG)는 수면의 단 계와 각성 빈도를 결정하여 수면의 질을 평가하고, 수면 중 근육의 긴장도, 심전도, 호흡, 산소포화도, 코골이, 다 리움직임, 체위 등의 생체신호를 기록하여 수면중 신체 전반의 문제를 진단하는 검사이다. 이는 수면장애의 정 확한 진단과 그 장애 정도를 평가하는데 객관적인 자료 를 제공한다.¹⁾
