요약

융비술은 코끝성형술과 함께 코성형술의 가장 대표적인 술식이다. 특히 비배부가 낮은 동양인에서 비배부를 올리 는 융비술은 대부분의 코성형술에서 시술되는 필수적인 술식이다.¹⁾ 최근 들어 코끝성형술의 중요성이 강조되면서 상대적으로 융비술에 대한 관심이 줄어들고 있으나 융비 술은 코성형술의 성패를 좌우하는 중요한 술식이다. 실례 로 저자가 시행한 2차 코성형술중 수술 후 비배부 높이 의 불만족, 삽입물의 전위 및 흔들림등과 같이 융비술과 관련된 것이 전체 재수술의 절반이상을 차지 하였다. 이와 같이 융비술은 코성형술에 있어 매우 중요한 술식이며 동 시에 많은 경우에서 재수술의 원인이 되는 어려운 술식 이다.
