ABSTRACT
Pilomatricoma is a benign cutaneous neoplasm with differentiation toward the hair cortex. It presents as a solitary, slow-growing, firm, dermal nodule with normal overlying skin and surgical excision is the treatment of choice. We report this rare benign tumor that developed from the ear lobule and successfully treated with complete excision. The radiological and histopathologic findings are demonstrated in this case.
