ABSTRACT

Rhabdomyosarcoma, an uncommon malignant tumor, shows skeletal muscle differentiation and is generally associated with a poor prognosis. Authors experienced a embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma originated from nasal septum and left middle turbinate in a 43 year old female patient and we obtained a favorable result by total excision of tumor mass, chemotherapy and radiation therapy. So the authors report this case with the review of literatures. (J Clinical Otolaryngol 2000;11:293-297)
