요약

난청은 그 장애 의 부위 에 따라 傳音性難聽과 感覺神經性難聽으로 區分된다.

傳音性難聽은 外耳와 中耳 즉, 空氣傳導의 經路에 病變이 있어 나타나는 難聽이며, 感覺神經性難聽은 内耳聽神經聽覺中樞路 및 聽中樞 즉, 感覺機構의 病的狀態에 依한 難聽이 다.
