요약

외래에서 비과질환을 제한된 시간안에 진단하고 치 료방침을 세우는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 따라서 꼭 필요하다고 생각되는 병력을 청취하는 기술이 요구되 며 정확한 이학적 검사법과 그 해석, 감별진단들을 잘 알고 있어야 한다. 먼저, 흔히 시행되는 외래검사 에 대해 설명하고, 외래에서 환자가 호소하는 증상을 중심으로, 비과질환의 감별진단과 치료에 대한 지침 을 제시하고자 한다.
