ABSTRACT
Metallic foreign bodies are occasionally found in paranasal sinuses. Among these, frontal and maxillary sinuses are most often involved, but, ethmoid and sphenoid foreign bodies are very rare. We experienced a rare case of penetrating injury into the posterior ethmoid sinus through the orbit by metallic foreign body, which we removed successfully using nasal endoscope.
